Welcome to Royal Guard. By accessing or using Royal Guard, including its Discord-Roblox verification system (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). These terms govern your legal rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using the Service. If you do not agree, you must not use Royal Guard.

1. Service Description

Royal Guard is a secure platform that links a user’s Discord account to their Roblox account to confirm account ownership, manage server roles, and verify identities within servers. Royal Guard only collects the minimum data required for verification and does not access passwords, payment information, or other sensitive credentials.

2. Account Eligibility

• Users must have valid Discord and Roblox accounts to use the Service.
• Users must be at least 13 years of age or meet the minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction.
• Users may only link accounts that belong to them.
• Any attempt to link accounts not owned by the user is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your Discord and Roblox accounts.
• Immediately report unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Comply with Discord Terms of Service, Roblox Community Standards, and all applicable local laws.
• Ensure that any content shared or actions taken via linked accounts do not violate laws or the rights of third parties.

4. Data Collection and Usage

Royal Guard collects only the minimal information necessary to verify account ownership and maintain operational integrity. Collected data includes:

• Discord ID, username, discriminator
• Roblox ID, username
• IP addresses, system metadata, and usage logs for security monitoring

Data is used exclusively for:

• Verifying account ownership
• Preventing fraudulent activity
• Improving Service functionality
• Maintaining platform security

Royal Guard does not sell, rent, or share personal information for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed if legally required or to prevent fraud.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
• Using Royal Guard for illegal activities, including distributing malware, spam, or offensive content.
• Sharing credentials, tokens, or API keys with third parties.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abuse towards other users.

6. Service Limitations and Liability

• Royal Guard is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
• Royal Guard is not liable for any account bans, data loss, or issues from third-party platform interactions.
• Users assume all risk associated with linking accounts to external platforms.
• Royal Guard may temporarily suspend or modify services for maintenance or security reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property, including code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Royal Guard or its licensors.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

Royal Guard may update the TOS at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users are encouraged to review the TOS periodically.

9. Termination

• Users may stop using Royal Guard at any time by unlinking accounts or ceasing use.
• Royal Guard may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• Termination does not relieve users from obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the user’s jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved according to local law, including arbitration or mediation if applicable.
